A wine exhibiting exquisite complexity, subtlety and finesse. At the winery, both grape bunches and individual grapes undergo careful selection. Fermentation takes place in tapered wine barrels and there are no mechanical pumping over or filtering methods applied to this wine. In order to enhance the colour, punching down is performed every two hours for a fortnight. A meaty, spicy wine, highly influenced by the Syrah varietal.
